The far south coast of NSW is famous for its oysters and beaches, but it's also a huge food bowl area. There is lush dairy land, lots of breweries, a gin distillery, and a handful of wineries.
I speak with Gary from Rusty Fig wine and Erica Dibden from Tilba Real Dairy.
